Board of Directors

The Board of Directors includes Greenwood’s founders, representatives from the education and business communities and parents. The Board oversees Greenwood’s vision, policies, finances and the appointment and ongoing evaluation of the Principal. Operating at arms length from the school’s administration, the Board provides strategic planning guidance and support for achieving the school’s mission.

In addition to the Board’s responsibilities, Committees have been established to oversee specific aspects of the school’s direction, including Governance, Finance, Advancement, and Individualized Learning. These committees include both Board members and members of the Greenwood community at large.
