MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL

I am delighted to see that you are interested in finding out more about Greenwood College School. Greenwood is one of the great success stories within Toronto’s independent school community.

In a short period of time, we have grown from 72 students to our projected enrolment next year of 380 students. Despite this recent period of economic uncertainty and shrinking enrolments, Greenwood has seen growing interest in our program and an extraordinary commitment from our current families. The result is an enrolment increase for 2009-10 of almost 10 per cent. We remain a small school, but with an incredible pool of promising, enthusiastic students who I know will make a great contribution to Greenwood.

We attribute this commitment from parents and students to our educational approach, which focuses on nurturing and developing the whole child. If you’re new to Greenwood, we encourage you to learn about us in as many ways as you can. Use this website to become better acquainted with how we work and learn.
